Dear Reader,

This morning, I woke up with joy in my heart. It wasn't for a specific reason, though I do have a fairly relaxed day without many commitments, which always makes me happy... as it allows a smoother flow.

It wasn't a joy of something past, either. Nor was it something coming up.

Just that tingle of aligned joy. Joy that offers a reflection of heart-soul-reality alignment. Even if I can't add any "mind" level explanations.

I have many such mornings and more such moments (soul-moments...), and my hunch is that most of you here know exactly what I'm talking about...

At first, we need to recognize these moments... anchor the sense within all our layers... then, when we recognize them, they become a kind of compass... helping us stay aligned...

It's officially the solstice today... and beyond, it's stretching for a few days now and will be for a few days ahead. A turning point. A turning point of in and out... some of us are ready to sprout into the world, others still need a few days, or weeks of inner integrations... listen to your own pace... and if you are a sensitive one, like myself, and the shifting energies invite deeper explorations, then take the time you need to integrate, and prioritize your own stability. When we are energetically stable, it is easier for our children to stay energetically in their flow, as well.

Balancing ourselves, embracing the energetic invitation of these days and times, is a key to a shared, aligned dance with our children, of whom many are more ready for the energetic shifts taking place than we are.

Yet, with this thought, be mindful whether your child is indeed holding the shifts with aligned joy, or if they are being challenged. Some, as light holders and vessels of light to and from Earth, may need greater attention and support these days. Get more sleep, spend more time outdoors, spend more time in nature, and stay well hydrated.
