It took me longer than I expected to compile all your book recommendations.

It was an interesting experience for me.

I am me. I have my preferences, such as what stories touch my heart and which don't. I am also very particular about colors - the calmer the colors, the more aligned they are with the view of nature, the more I like them. I don't relate to unrealistic illustrations or noisy ones.

That, however, as there are various creation stories that shape our lives, so are the ways to experience spirituality in its various forms.

My daughters chose me - your children chose you, and we each self-reference.

When I asked for your book recommendations, I was not aware of the expansion that this list would offer. As it is, it includes books, I would have never considered looking at.

Please note that this collection is based on your recommendations.

It is not a curated list - meaning I did not read each of these books, and thus can't tell if I like them or recommend them.

However, I do trust your recommendations, and again - self-reference :).

I feel this list is a start! ... It could be so helpful to so many.

What about Books for Teens? Or Young Adults?

A few of you sent some options, and I will soon gather them into a separate post...

I find there are three types of spiritually oriented books for teens and young adults:

(1) Books meant for teens/young adults about various spiritual philosophies or practices. ​Teen Psychic, which I wrote about, is such an example.

(2) Fiction books, sharing a spiritual tool, or philosophy. ​The Hidden Worlds​, is such an example.

(3) Beginner's books on... those that are for the general public/adults... but that young adults can easily read and understand. From the Depths of Creation, the book I wrote to you about last week, and which I strongly recommend for everyone, including young adults, is an example of this type of books: not written for young adults, but clear, structured, and practical, thus can be fitting to offer to young adults.
