A step back... Last week, I shared with you a list of books with a spiritual touch, curated by Vanessa Sorensen. Here it is again, in case you missed it: a list of favorite spiritual children’s books.

A few of you responded with your own recommendations.

Spirit immediately whispered in my ear, saying... "You have lists of books you want to review before you share them, but you do not get to them. Invite others to recommend what they found inspiring." Obviously, I smiled.

Raising little ones, or growing children, we wish to nourish them with aligned books.

So many books lose that touch, teaching a way of thought, instead of offering an invitation to connect and trust one's own knowing.

More, our children are each unique, and so are our families. One may find a book most inspiring, while another will not relate to that same book.

I am no different. Some books touch my heart and stay with me. Others, whom others may find inspiring, don't.

This understanding makes the invitation by Spirit even more profound, as it is a door for us to see what various spiritually aware families relate to, and share it here with all of you.

Please respond and share books that you feel others, raising spiritually aware children, or weaving spirituality into their family's life, might enjoy.

Books that inspired you, touched your hearts, or sparked something within you or your children.

Please avoid books offering beautiful wisdom of religion. We are a beyond-religion community, and I invite us all to respect that.

Please share the:

(1) Name of the book and the author's name if you have it handy.

(2) If you have a link to it, please share that as well - if not, we will look for it.

(3) It would be great if you added 1-2 sentences about why this book.
